For me, conservation isn’t just about protecting wildlife - it’s about telling the stories that inspire people to care. It’s about early mornings in the bush, engaging with vets and scientists, quiet moments with animals, and witnessing the extraordinary work happening behind the scenes to give nature a fighting chance.

Through my lens, and my pages  I hope to bring people closer to wildlife - not only through breathtaking encounters, but also through the science, dedication and human stories that make conservation possible. My goal is to spark curiosity, challenge perceptions and inspire a deeper connection with the natural world.

Hi, I’m Brooke Carter - a wildlife conservationist, content creator, horsewoman and adventurer who is passionate about sharing the world’s wild places as they truly are.

I attend a regular school in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands of South Africa, and when I’m not in the classroom, my life is filled with animals and the outdoors.

Whether I’m beside a wild animal in the African bush, caring for the animals at home, or in the saddle with one of my horses, it is that connection with animals and the natural world that makes me feel most alive. The more deeply we understand and connect with nature, the harder we will fight to protect it.

Thank you for visiting my page! I love that you are here and I invite you to join my journey.

With love and courage,

Brooke
